Breastfeeding & baby formula resources

WIC
WIC is a federally funded nutrition program for Women, Infants, and Children. WIC provides the following at no cost: healthy foods, nutrition education and counseling, breastfeeding support, and referrals for health care and community services.

 

Breastfeeding consultations & classes
The Breastfeeding Center at AdventHealth for Women is available to new moms and is staffed by certified lactation consultants. To discuss breastfeeding issues, please call 407-303-7650. You can also sign up for breastfeeding classes.

 

La Leche League International
Trained volunteers provide one-on-one help to breastfeeding mothers on the phone and conduct monthly group support meetings. Call 1-800-LALECHE or visit their website.
