Our story

Dr. Salvador Bou opened our first office in Plant City in 2002 with a simple idea: pediatric care should be easy to reach, backed by science, and feel like family. That one office grew into two - and into a team of providers who share the same standard of care.

We stayed independent and family-run on purpose. Decisions about your child's care are made here, by people you can meet, not by a corporate office. Families have answered with more than 1,900 Google reviews at 4.8 stars across our two offices.

We are also a bit of a data nerd practice - we measure our wait times and forecast appointment demand so sick kids can be seen the same day whenever possible.

Our mission

  • Evidence-based care from a baby's first days through age 17.
  • Open, honest communication - we explain, then we listen.
  • Easy access: online booking, same-day sick visits, evening and Saturday hours in Wesley Chapel.
  • Always improving - with technology, your feedback, and quality programs like PCMH.
NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition seal
